BMSSS, which has been maintaining its full effort into providing the maximum service for the needful people and the people who are deprived of their basic rights, now contains a committee known as the “Legal Aid Cell” which by itself is explanatory.
The LAC is constituted with the Secretary Mr. Santhosh Sequiera and Mr. Dilraj S as the Legal advisory member.
This committee will provide free legal service to the people falling under the conditions of Section 12 of the Legal Services Authority Act, 2007. This is purely an advisory team and will give support in terms of proper legal guidance in any civil or criminal proceedings in the court.
