Karate Classes for Blind Children
Our Approach
At BMSSS, we believe in providing holistic support to visually impaired children. We understand that their challenges go beyond physical limitations and extend to societal stigmas and self-esteem issues. To address these issues, we have introduced karate classes specifically designed for these children.
Impact
The introduction of karate classes has had a significant impact on the development and confidence of visually impaired children at Jyothi Seva Home. Through these classes, they have gained valuable skills in self-defense, discipline, and focus. This has not only improved their physical abilities but also boosted their self-esteem and belief in their own capabilities.
Future Goals
Moving forward, our goal is to expand the reach of these karate classes and make them accessible to more visually impaired children. We aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where these children can thrive and overcome societal barriers. By providing them with the necessary tools and opportunities, we hope to empower them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
